Speaking of free teleclasses, one of my colleagues, Carna Zacharias-Miller, offers a free teleclass on the 3rd Sunday of each month, at 4pm Eastern Time.

These free monthly teleclasses are for women and men who are struggling with the aftermath of a childhood that was definitely not happy.Abandonment, rejection, fear, anger, shame were the main issues. We will use Gary Graig's Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to release negative emotions in group tappings. Frequently, there will be guest, and the guest this month is Richard Ross, to speak about releasing "The Trouble With Money".
While these classes cannot be a substitute for individual healing sessions or any other form of psychotherapy, they will give the participants a better understanding how to work effectively with energy psychology tools.
