Deja Vu – A Recommended Movie
Greetings,
Last weekend I watched a 1997 film called Deja Vu. This was not the action film with Denzel Washington, nor one of the other similarly titled movies. This Deja Vu was directed by Henry Jaglom and it is a real gem.
Very briefly, the storyline involves two people, one married and one about to get married, who meet by chance and are instantly attracted to each other on an extremely deep level. Without giving away too much here, the movie explores the nature of the ‘commitments’ we make in life, what we are committing to, and the ‘choice points’ where we have an opportunity to re-evaluate those choices and possibly change our life direction.
I’m sure that the film is available for rental in many video stores that have a ’spiritual film section’. I do know the film is also available on Amazon, and many of the other movie clubs, such as Netflix.
This movie was a joy to watch, and I highly recommend it to you.
Love and Blessings,
